Each Raftr contract includes administrative permissions for at least one Community Space Admin, and additional administrative users can be added on from there. Whether you're a mighty team or a team of one, Raftr allows you to fully customize which permissions different administrators have within your community and the Admin Portal. Generally, if you have a single Community Space Admin, that person will use the Organization Account, which will have all available administrative permissions. (NOTE: Some administrative permissions are available only as premium add-ons.)
To update the permissions available to a specific administrator, reach out directly to your Success Manager. Based on the number of administrative accounts included in your contract, they will be able to give any combination of administrative permissions to a specific number of designated staff or users.
To learn more about any of the following permissions, select the link to the related article or reach out to your dedicated Success Manager.
