Community Management: Choosing a Default Country Code

Accessing the Country Code


To access the Country Code, go to the Admin Portal and select the Community dashboard. Once there, go to the Country Code section on the left-hand menu. Only Community Admins have access to this feature. If you do not see this option and believe you should, reach out to your Success Manager or contact us. 


Changing the Default Country Code


At Raftr, we are proud to serve organizations and institutions around the world. For communities based outside of the United States, Community Admins can change the default country code for phone numbers added during account creation. (NOTE: This setting is simply the default country code for new members in your community, who can choose from any country code for their personal account.)


Choose your community's default country from the dropdown menu and select Save
