With this premium feature you can create a Directory of staff, faculty, student leaders, or other relevant groups to your community. Directories can include locations, phone numbers, email addresses, and the option to send direct messages instantly through Raftr. People on the list can be members of your Raftr community or added to the list manually.
Creating a People Directory
On Web
Select the +Create button on the top right corner of the header, and select Directory. Add the title, a description, and select Add Item to add a person. You can search for an existing Raftr user or manually add a person outside of Raftr. A name is required, but you can also include a photo, prefix, email address, phone number, and website, as well as title and department. Once you’ve added your Directory of people, select an icon, upload a cover photo or video, add topics, and choose the Raft you would like to publish it in.
On Mobile
Select the add (+) button on the Home Page or Raft you want your Directory to go on. Scroll to Directory. Add the title and a description, and then select Add Item to add a person. You can search for an existing Raftr user or manually add a person outside of Raftr. A name is required, but you can also include a photo, name, prefix, email address, phone number, and website, as well as title and department. Once you’ve added your Directory of people, select an icon, upload a cover photo or video, add topics, and choose the Raft you would like to publish it in. Hit Share when you are ready to publish.
