With this premium feature, create a Checklist of to-do items for your community members. Assign a list of deadlines for your members and help keep track of who has or still has to complete their tasks.
Creating a Dynamic Checklist
On Web
Select the +Create button on the top-right corner of the header, and select Checklist. Add the title and a description, and then select Add Item to include a task in your Checklist. A name is required for your task, but you can also upload an image, provide additional notes, designate a deadline, or add an accompanying website link.
Select the Add more fields button to add additional data, such as contact information, social media profiles, and an address. Once you have added all your tasks, choose an icon, upload a cover photo or video, add topics, and select the designated Raft you would like the Checklist to be published in.
On Mobile
Select the "add new" (+) button above the lower menu on the Home Page or Raft you want your Checklist to go on. Select Checklist from the list. Add the title and a description, and select Add Task to include a task in your Checklist. A name is required for your task, but you can also upload an image, provide additional notes, designate a deadline, or add an accompanying website link if necessary.
Select Add More Fields to add additional data, such as contact information, social media profiles, and an address. Once you have added all your tasks, choose an icon, upload a cover photo or video, add topics, and select the designated Raft you would like the Checklist to be published in. Hit Share when you are ready to publish.
