We are excited to inform you that you have been added to a new community within Raftr! This means you now have access to a different community from the one where your account was originally created. Here’s what you need to know:


What Stays the Same


  • Profile Information: All your profile information, including your name, profile picture, and contact details, remains intact. You don't need to worry about losing any of your personal information.
  • Personal Interactions: Any personal interactions, such as messages and connections with other members, will also remain unchanged. You can continue to engage with your existing contacts seamlessly.


Important Information About Your Email


  • Email Update: If your original account was created using a personal email address, the admin of your new community may have updated it to your institutional/organization email.
  • Login Details: If your email has been updated, you will need to use your institutional/organization email to log in. The password you previously used remains the same.
  • SSO System: If your new community uses a Single Sign-On (SSO) system, you can log in using your institutional/organization email via the SSO login process.
