Raftr provides robust integration solutions to help manage your community. Our innovative solutions come in three distinct categories: Account Integrations, Group Management Integrations, and Content Management Integrations.


Account Integrations


Raftr's account integrations enhance user account management. They facilitate the seamless creation, authentication, management, and removal of user accounts. In addition, you can assign specific tags to accounts, boosting analytics and reporting capabilities.


Account Management


  • Full-Service Account Management Integration: A comprehensive solution where we assist with integration tasks, keeping your Raftr membership, data, and tags in sync with your customer systems such as SIS, ERP, and CRMs.
  • Self-Service Account Management Integration: For organizations with substantial IT resources, you can perform the integration tasks using the Raftr API.


Account Authentication


  • Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration: Reuse existing institution login credentials to access Raftr, simplifying the authentication process.


Group Management Integrations


Group Management Integrations provide dynamic synchronization for the creation and management of groups and channels. They also streamline the association of accounts with specific groups or channels.


  • Full-Service Group Management Integration: We offer an all-encompassing solution where we handle integration tasks, keeping Rafts and Channels in Raftr aligned with Groups on your system.
  • Self-Service Group Management Integration: Again, for organizations with adequate IT resources, you can handle the integration tasks using the Raftr API.


Content Management Integrations


Our Content Management Integrations focus on enriching user experience by managing the content displayed within the app. By pulling in content from diverse sources, Raftr delivers a rich, personalized experience to your users.


  • Optimized Content Integration: Pulls content from RSS feeds, Google, ICS, Outlook, or Presence, populating it into a unified feed in relevant groups.
  • Custom Content Integration: Extracts content from unstructured or private data sources (like an LMS) for integration into the app.
  • Extensions: Embed clickable images linking to any third-party system or URL for an in-app browsing experience.
  • Widgets: Display personalized data from existing systems directly in the app, offering a custom user experience.


Other Integrations


Every Raftr community space natively integrates with several systems such as Google Drive, Zoom, Giphy, Pexels, Google Places, Stripe, and Twilio to provide a seamless user experience across the app.


Manual Account and Group Management


Raftr offers intuitive admin tools that allow you to manually manage accounts and groups. This includes assigning and removing accounts from groups, creating and removing groups, setting permissions, and exporting/importing account information.
