As a Raft or Channel Admin, you have control over the membership of your group. This may include inviting new members to join, approving join requests, promoting additional administrators, and more. Accessing Member Management

Join Requests
In certain cases, when someone tries to join the Raft or Channel, the action will send the Admins a Join Request. The most common examples are:
- Someone tries to join a Private Raft with By-Request membership
- A Curator suggests a member for a Private or Secret Raft
- Someone tries to join a Basic Raft that has reached its membership limit
- Someone tries to join a Private Channel
Raft and Channel Leaders and Co-leaders can view requests or suggested members by selecting the Join Requests option. They will see the list of all of the members with requests and can choose to approve the request and allow the member to join, or they can remove the request to keep the member from joining.
Restricted Members
All Raft and Channel Admins can view the list of Restricted members by selecting the Restricted Member section on the Admin Settings. They will see the list of members with view-only access to the Raft or Channel.
Raft and Channel Admins can select the plus icon to restrict additional members with equal or lesser rank. They can also remove restrictions by switching off the toggle next to their name.
Banned Members
All Raft and Channel Admins can view the list of Banned members by selecting the Banned Member section on the Admin Settings. They will see the list of members who have been removed from the Raft or Channel and cannot rejoin.
Raft and Channel Admins can select the plus icon to ban additional members or equal or lesser rank. They can also remove the ban by toggling off the button next to their name. Note that unbanning a member does not automatically rejoin them to the Raft or Channel.
Pending Invites
Raft and Channel Admins are encouraged to invite members to join their group. However, no matter the privacy of the Raft or Channel, the member must accept the invitation to join. (NOTE: Members added to a Raft or Channel via the Admin Portal are added immediately without requiring the member to accept.)
Raft and Channel Admins can manage the list of invitees and invite additional members by selecting the Pending Invites button on the Admin Settings menu.
They can select the Send Reminder button next to any individual to send that person a notification that they have a pending invitation to join the Raft, or they can select Remind All to send a bulk reminder. They can also select Withdraw Invite to rescind the invitation. Additionally, Raft and Channel Leaders and Co-leaders can select the Invite members (+) button to invite additional members to the Raft. On Private or Secret Rafts, Curators can suggest members and they will appear in the Pending Invites section.
