A Channel is a subgroup within a Premium Raft that enables a smaller group of people to get together to chat, plan Events, and more. A Channel can be private, public, or secret, and you must be a member of the Channel’s Raft to access it. Each individual Channel can have its own private conversations and Events. Only Premium Rafts can have Channels; to chat on a Basic Raft, use the Chat tab

Raft Admins can create a new Channel by clicking the Create (+) button in the Channel tab of the Raft menu; adding a title, description, and Channel icon; and choosing a privacy level (public, private, or secret).

To join a Channel, click the Channels tab in the Raft menu. Identify the Channel you want to join and click the Join button to enter the chat. If the Channel is private, you may need to wait to be approved by the Channel Leader or Co-leader.
