How to Pin Posts in Raftr

Pinning posts or events in Raftr is an effective way to highlight important content for your raft members. This feature ensures that crucial information is easily accessible and visible to everyone in the community. Below are the steps to pin and manage posts or events.

Who Can Pin Posts?

To pin posts or events, you must have one of the following roles within the raft:

- Leader

- Co-leader

- Curator

Steps to Pin a Post or Event

1. Navigate to the Feed: Go to the Raft's events feed or posts feed where the content you wish to pin is located.

2. Select the Post or Event: Find the post or event you want to pin.

3. Access Options: Click on the three dots (•••) located at the top right corner of the post or event.

4. Pin the Content: Choose the option "Pin to Raft Home" from the dropdown menu.

5. Add a Note (Optional): After pinning, you will have the option to add a note. This note will be visible when a user opens the content in isolated view.

Removing Pinned Content

If you need to remove pinned content, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Pinned Section: Navigate to the section where pinned content is displayed.

2. Access Options: Click on the three dots (•••) next to the pinned content you wish to remove.

3. Remove the Pin: Select the option to remove the pin from the dropdown menu.
