The Reports dashboard on the Admin Portal is a powerful tool for Community and Department Admins to monitor the health of their communities and understand the engagement of their members over time. It displays member adoption and content engagement data across a number of reports, and allows you to search and filter this data to learn even more about your member engagement on Raftr.
Accessing the Reports Dashboard
To access your community reports dashboard, go to the Admin Portal and select Reports at the top of the page. If you are a Community Admin, you will see two reports: Raftr Insights and Members and Sessions. If you are a Department Admin, only the Solution Insights report for the solution(s) you specifically manage will be visible. The Solution Insights report is essentially the same as the Raftr Insights report, except it only includes data from Rafts and Channels within the solution(s) that a Department Admin manages.
The Raftr Insights report enables Community and Department Admins to see member engagement and content creation data for Rafts and Channels within the solution(s) they manage. Community Admins can view data for all Rafts and Channels in their community on this same report, either in aggregate or filtered by solution, plus member engagement on their Community Pages. This report contains metrics on member engagement and content creation in the following areas: Chat, Events, Posts, Polls, Checklists, Announcements, and the Community page. You can drill down into each of these areas on the left-side menu to see analytics specific to that area in your solution or community. You can also filter by date, user tag, and solution (Community Admins only - Department Admins will only see their solution(s)). More details on this dashboard can be found in the Reports: Raftr Insights article.
Community Admins have access to a second Members and Sessions report. The Members and Sessions report displays engagement metrics – sessions over time, active members, and more – for members across the entire community. This report also includes Last Online data listed by date and email address for Community Admins to see when a member last logged into Raftr. You can filter this report by date. More details on this report can be found in the Reports: Members and Sessions article.
