Scheduling is a feature available to Raft Admins (Leaders, Co-Leaders) on Premium Rafts only that allows you to schedule a Post for future distribution at a preset or custom date/time. This is a powerful tool that helps save content authors time by scheduling Posts in bulk and ensures content arrives in the community when members need/want to receive that information.
How to Schedule a Post
Once you have drafted a Post, select the Post button on the bottom right corner of your draft. If you are a Raft Admin on a Premium Raft, you can select a custom date or time. From there, a dropdown with options will appear, select the future date and time you would like your post to go live. Options include:
- This evening (6 PM)
- Tomorrow morning (9 AM)
- Tomorrow at noon (12 PM)
- Choose date and time
When you have chosen your future date, tap the Schedule button.
Where to View Your Scheduled Posts
Raft Admins can keep track of scheduled Posts by opening the Admin Tools section on the Web sidebar, or by going to any Premium Raft where you've scheduled Posts and selecting the Scheduled Posts tab.
To edit a Scheduled Post, the original author of the Post can select the More menu (...) icon and choose the Edit Post button to make edits before its scheduled date.
