In-App Engagement Tracking
There are several tools to help you keep track of your community engagement. All Posts have a Views counter that shows the number of times that the Post has been viewed in a feed, on the Campus page, or directly within a Raft. (NOTE: Views are counted by the number of times a member opens a page and scrolls by a Post, not unique members.)
Premium Raft Leaders and Co-leaders also have access to the Seen By feature for chat messages. Go to a message and select the "more” menu (...) icon to open the message menu. Click the Seen By (eye) icon to view a list of all of the Raft or Channel members who have seen the message, as well as who hasn't seen it yet.
Metrics Reports on the Admin Portal
In addition to in-app engagement tracking, there are also engagement reports available in the Admin Portal.
The User Action Detail report gives you a community-wide view of the engagement numbers for your campus or organization, while the Raft Engagement Detail report looks at engagement broken down by Raft to compare engagement between groups within Raftr. In addition, the Active User Data report from Google Data Studio gives Community Admins a way to track daily active users (DAU), weekly active users (WAU), and monthly active users (MAU) over time.
