When you sign an initial agreement with Raftr, your Raftr Account Executive schedules a Welcome Meeting to introduce you to your dedicated Success Manager and our Raftr implementation process. Your Success Manager works with you throughout the implementation process, which takes an average 12 weeks from the Welcome Meeting to your Community Launch depending upon your Raftr solution and custom integrations. In short, your Success Manager’s role is to help you achieve the full value of Raftr by using our platform strategically to meet your goals!
Digital Welcome Kit
Following your Welcome Meeting, your Success Manager sends you a Digital Welcome Kit, which you can think of like your digital “welcome folder” to guide you through your Raftr implementation process. Most importantly, the kit includes a community setup form for your System Admin or other community administrators to complete, which kick-starts the backend configuration and setup of your Raftr community. As your implementation proceeds, your Success Manager will share additional documents and resources with you via your Digital Welcome Kit folder, which you can access from the web.
To officially kick off your Raftr implementation, your Success Manager facilitates a Kickoff Meeting to discuss the implementation process in more detail and decide upon the implementation timeline for your specific Raftr community. This meeting may take place prior to or following completion of your community setup form and serves as your orientation to our Raftr implementation process. Anyone who plays a central role in your community implementation should plan to participate in this meeting to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of deliverables from both sides of our partnership. This may include Community Admins, Department Admins, and IT Contacts for email whitelisting, single sign-on (SSO) integration, or other custom integrations.
